Particle Inspection with the Magnaflux® Method (MT)

We perform particle inspections with the Magnaflux® method. We can perform quality assurance on all parts of up to 250 kilograms in weight.

The surface of the material is inspected to detect possible defects or small cracks in the material. Small cracks can form due to localized heating during manufacturing. Products that have not been inspected can cause a safety risk and significant damage to people and property. A surface that meets the customer´s requirements is naturally also a quality factor.

Our particle inspection is performed in a particle inspection bench, which enables us to process exceptionally heavy parts. Inspections are performed by our highly skilled employees who regularly take part in trainings provided by external training providers.
